After graduating from University of Washington with a degree in Communications, Allison Kneubuhl pursued a career in the luxury Hotel industry. As a Sales Manager in the then unknown Four Seasons Clift Hotel in the early 80’s, she continued to refine her marketing and sales skills at the Four Seasons Newport Beach, Pan Pacific San Francisco, Mandarin Oriental San Francisco, Kahala Mandarin Oriental and The Regent Las Vegas/Resort at Summerlin.

In 2001 Kneubuhl established “Allimar” as a full service sales and marketing consulting company specializing in luxury hotels and resorts. Since then Kneubuhl has re-positioned and assisted in new marketing assessments and strategies for Le Meridien Beverly Hills, St Regis Los Angeles, San Ysidro Ranch and The Carneros Inn in Napa Valley, California.
