Formerly a Catering Sales Manager, Group Sales Manager and Associate Director of Meetings and Special Events she is an expert in many sales capacities.

Heather has a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and has numerous accolades including "Top Sales Performer" 5 years in a row, and under her leadership, The Ritz-Carlton's "Best Catering Sales Team" of the year.

Her experience spans the globe and has taken her to Washington D.C., London, Maui, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
